Mable and Merryn creates bespoke leads. from Stithians, Cornwall. Sustainability is at the heart of Mable and Merryn. Each product is handcrafted from hemp, which uses significantly less water to grow compared to other natural fibres. I was sent a selection of leads to my home in Cornwall to photograph for their social media.
The leads are heavily inspired by Cornwall’s nautical past. I decided to shoot the images at Nansidwell beach, on the outskirts of Falmouth. Texture and colour were important in this shoot to showcase Mable and Merryn’s handmade leads and their eco-conscious brand values.
